By accessing and using Sharklish ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Sharklish provides AI-powered content creation tools including video generation, caption generation, thumbnail creation, translation, and growth tools. All services operate on a unified credit system.

3. Credit System

Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire
1 credit = 1 minute of caption generation (rounded up) or 1 thumbnail
10 credits = 1 AI video generation
Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that violates any laws or regulations
Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Sharklish belongs to you. You retain all rights to your generated content, subject to our Acceptable Use policy.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are subject to change with notice
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for unused credits
Promotional codes and discounts may apply at checkout

8. Limitation of Liability

Sharklish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
